Delete your Lernex account

You can permanently delete your account yourself, from Lernex on the web or from the iPhone or Android app. Deletion removes your profile and account-linked learning data, and signs your devices out.

Settings → Delete accountOpen Settings

iPhone and Android apps

Account → Delete account

You will be asked to confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone, so export anything you want to keep first.

If you cannot access the app, email support@lernex.net from the address on the account. Support will verify ownership before processing a deletion request. Legal or fraud-prevention records may be retained only where required.
