How do I turn notes or files into lessons on web?

Open /generate and choose the output you want. The web workspace supports typed notes, follow-up prompts, and uploaded study material so you can generate lessons, quizzes, or flashcards from one place.

What is the difference between Home and FYP?

Home is your adaptive today brief with reviews, quests, and planner pressure. FYP is the lesson stream where you move through recommended content and quizzes.

Where do I change my plan or cancel on web?

Use the Billing section inside /settings or /profile. That view handles upgrades, downgrades, cancel-at-period-end, resuming, and Sparks top-ups.

How do I add or change subjects on web?

Go to /settings or /profile and use the interest and class controls there. As soon as you pick a class, Lernex will generate the matching learning path automatically.

Can I study with friends on the website?

Yes. /friends covers requests, tutoring threads, commitments, challenges, and the shared activity feed, while /leaderboard focuses on points and streak rankings.

How does support work on web?

The /support page already contains the live support chat, searchable help content, and email escalation options. If the chat cannot resolve a complex issue, it can gather details for a human follow-up.

Where do I edit my public profile versus account settings?

Use /public-profile for the profile other learners see. Use /settings or /profile for account details, billing, privacy controls, personalization preferences, and account actions.

Where do I find release notes and updates?

Open /updates for the release notes feed. You can also reach it from the account menu as What's New when you are signed in.
